The Tasks and Objectives of the A.O.R.
The main objective of the Rosicrucians is to heal. This truth was written into the historic Rosicrucian document the Fama Fraternitatis.
When we say "healing" we mean it with a sense of wholeness and perfection. For this reason, all the rituals and meditations of the Rosicrucians, especially the initiation rituals, are based on the principle of the cosmic order. This heals all aspects of human existence.
The mission of the A.O.R is also to preserve the secret teachings and make them as accessible as possible to all of humanity. These teachings are very different than the ones commonly propagated by the modern new age spiritual movement. They are the long held secret traditions of mankind. The Rosicrucians pass on these timeless teachings so that the whole of humanity may develop spiritually, thus accomplishing the following:
